Another day.
I stuck to my eating plan yesterday! Felt really good for it too. Let's just hope I can do it again today. Shouldn't be too bad. Nothing to eat at Mum's (chemo makes her not eat). And I discovered if I ride over lunch time, have my shake at 2, and my snack at 4, I don't get hit with the afternoon sugar cravings. Just means I have to have a snack at 10, and at 12. But I don't snack after dinner, so it all evens out.
Eating plan
Brekkie - Choc mint CS shake
Morning snack 1 - small orange
Morning snack 2 - small apple
Lunch - Caramel CS shake
Afternoon snack - boiled egg and piece of cheese
Dinner - Chicken wings and steamed vegies
Water
3 litres
Exercise
50 mins on the bike
Weigh in tomorrow, and I'll be damned if I'm still in the 80's.
