Monday again. I used to hate the start of the week. Now I actually look forward to it. It's a new day, a new week, a new start. No weekend distractions, just the voice in my mind telling me to not eat crap and to ride my ass off.
I had a sneak weigh in this morning...79.9! I've crossed that elusive line. But I'm not going to celebrate too soon. Still 3 days before weigh in, and it's nearly TTOM, so I will bloat. Great. But it's more incentive for me to push myself hard this week. I want to stay in the 70's. I need to. No way am I ever going to go backwards again. I am now at the exact weight I was when I fell pregnant 15 months ago. So I'm quite proud.
Eating plan for the day
Brekkie- choc mint CS shake
Morning snack- small apple
Lunch- caramel CS skake
Afternoon snack- blueberries with vanilla yoghurt
Dinner- Grilled Blue Grenadier and salad
Water
3 litres
Exercise
1 hour on the bike
If I can stick to that, I know I'll be fine.
