Today, I am NOT going to stuff up. No way. Jumped on the scales again this morning, and it was at exactly 80. I've worked too hard and waited too long to be back in the 80's. I WILL be in the 70's for my weigh in on Thursday.

Eating plan
Brekkie - Choc CS shake
Morning snack - small orange
Lunch - Cafe Latte CS shake
Afternoon snack - tuna with tomato and cheese.
Dinner - Spag Bol (without the spag lol. Sauce on vegies)

Water
3 litres

Exercise
50 mins on the bike

I will stick to it today...I promise!
